In our hectic day to day schedule, we often do not have time to exercise even though we join the gym we sometimes miss it. So in this video, i will show you fat loss exercise that we can do in our home without any equipment. Do watch it and implement in your schedule. It is easy effective and very efficient if you follow this. I am sure you will enjoy it.
This series is definitely for you (Men and Women).
1. JUMPING JACKS- We recommend aiming, 45 seconds reps for 3-4 sets and take active rest 30 secs
2. LATERAL CROSS LUNGES- 45 seconds reps for 3-4 sets and take active rest 30 secs
3. STEP JUMP- 1-1 mnts 3 reps with 15 secs of break.
4. SIDE JUMP- 15-15 each side in 3 sets, 30 secs active rest
5. HIGH KNEES- 50-50, 3-4 sets
6. PLANK- 30-45 secs, 3-4 sets
7. LEG RAISE PLANK- 10-10, 3-4 sets
8. MOUNTAIN CLIMBER- 30-45 secs, 3-4 sets
9. JUMPING SQUATS- 15 reps, 3-4 sets
10. COOLING EXERCISES- 15 seconds each
