    namaste bhaiya main actually Punjab se hun mera vate 58 hai actually matlab free diet jyada nahin hai main subah ka ek hi phool ka khate aur raat mein bhi ek Hi khatir dopahar mein kuchh bhi nahin aati per mere ko thyroid hai jiski vajah se mera mein agar Pani pi lo na mera sharir itna phool jata hun please batao

    When considering eating healthy, you must never fall victim to modern fad diets. Extreme diets are a threat for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your daily nutritionary intake. Many of these fad diets work for a short period and then the benefits decrease after a while.     2 roti + plus sabzi / Daal
    1 cup green tea + lemon / 1 cup chaye

    ๐ŸŒป snack 10:30pm
    seasonal fruit
    (Fruits as smoothy: fruit+water+badam+palak)

    ๐ŸŒป Lunch 2:30pm
    one good salad
    For recipe search youtube ๐Ÿ˜„

    ๐ŸŒป Snack 5pm
    protein shake

    ๐ŸŒป Dinner 8bje
    1 katori daal plus chawal โค
