I agree I'm 53 and in the best shape of my life. What I would say is I advise women in my age category to take up strength training because we struggle to lose body fat as we get older. Building muscle helps us burn fat more easily.

I love her attitude and her advice! Jullian is a great example of how to live you life now, rather than check out because you're __________. (Fill in any age.)

I needed to hear this, as I'm one of those people googling this, and am feeling slower and more tired than usual; and like I'm starting to fall apart. But I can't help thinking that someone like Jennifer Aniston, or JLo, has access to things – better care, treatments, and nutrition – than I do. If you're saying it's doable for even a layperson though, I'll take it.

Age is just a number and only in your limited mind, the same as time, and time is infinite.

I am 54 and have arthritis in all joints. I have always been a hard worker and workaholic. I have had to stop working, because of back but would love to be able to exercise just need a plan to work around my arthritis. If I don't exercise I feel my joints are going to get worse, now that I'm unable to work, it is driving me crazy and without the exercise from working, I feel I am just going to get much worse. I really need an exercise plan that my body can handle! Please help! And just have to say I absolutely love you! Your attitude is much like mine, I have always been a person who feels I can do anything, and basically have, until my arthritis has gotten so bad. I watched your show and try to watch all of your videos. I think you are the best and if anyone can help me,it will be you!

GO JILLIAN! I am 48 and my husband is 56…we have both been active and training since our early 20s. We are active martial artists and cross train regularly. Ain't nothin' to it but to DO IT!

I'm 46 and putting on way too much weight. First my mum was diagnosed with a brain tumour and I spent every spare minute with her up until she passed away, then lockdown happened which I lost some weight during lockdown due to being incredibly healthy but as soon as lockdown was over in Thailand I increased my activity way too fast and fell down some steps and now I have a lisfranc injury and have to be careful for I don't know how long, lol. You look amazing, I'm sick of being overweight 😋

I’m 53. I have bursitis in my hip, sciatica and upper back pain. My weight has been creeping up as I’ve been struggling to exercise. What do you recommend for people with chronic issues? Obviously I can reduce my calorie intake, but I’m not very tall, so it would have to be pretty low.

It’s always such a shame when people limit themselves because of their age. They stop challenging themselves and that’s why they get “old”. I’m planning to keep getting better as I get older! 💪

I’m 57 and shattered my Tibial Plateau in 2013 it was rough..worse bone I could break, they put in a plate.. no bone graft thank heavens..they did a bone density test and said I had really young bones .. I attribute to weight lifting for so many years at my husband family owned gym open since 73.. it took me a year but I told my physical therapist to have no mercy when torking it .. no pain no gain.. it helped..

I am about to turn 50 and this is something I constantly battle with. I am learning CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, Marathon Running and now Swimming. I constantly doubt myself because of my age “did I leave this area of my life to late”. Thank you I needed to hear this message. ❤️

I dream of having you as my coach. I've lost 153 lbs since May 2019. I still have about 20 or so pounds. I just started going to the gym. I lost all of my weight at home eating better and moving my body more. I have some loose skin. It's getting tighter as I built mucles. I'm a single mother of 3 son's . I wanted to be able to run and play with them. If I could afford a coach you would be it. Thank you for making these videos. They have helped educate me along my journey.

My great grandma lived to be 114. She wasn't running..she won tons of trophies in ballroom dance. Danced right up til the day she died. Stay low impact. Take good care of all your parts!

I'm 68. Usually l just go have fun. Spent summer on an inner tube. Did some short hikes. Lots of camping, biking round town. Following Stephanie Person. I'm an avo-vore now. Getting off all the inflammatory foods fixed my chrnic back/neck pain virtually overnight! I've added back in green beans, pumpkin, berries…just one thing at a time to find out what's inflammatory to me. Best life in 30 years…no more back pain or migraines…YAY!
