    We wanted to get fast food last weekend and the healthiest thing we could find was Panera bowl with rice and super greens! Couldn't believe that was the best we could do in Northwest Indiana.

    It's counterproductive to show torturing of ocean creatures. I skip the sections. I have decades of vegan activism. This is against the diffusion of the movie. Showing those torture images make these movies cut 99% of their potential reach.

    Honestly i can say I’ve seen a shit ton of people live extremely long and live terribly unhealthy grandpa 90 years old prime example major alcoholic all his life ate terrible typical Mexican greasy food my grandmother would make and he’s still kicking to this day same goes for my father he would slam a 30 rack down a day everyday for years that man is still going strong and eats greasy food and is still kicking. I honestly don’t care I’m praying smoking kills me before I’m 50 fuck this place it’s literal hell the good die early and the evil live long change my mind.

    I'm pretty open-minded in general but, its hard to not notice that all the vegan (or plant-based as they now want to be called) programs sound like propaganda, where as the keto people sound less pushy and more rational. Its almost as if the plant-based people are trying too hard to convince everybody they have all the answers. You could surely be healthy on a plant-based diet, but it will be because it has no nutrient-devoid carbs, un-natural fats and dangerous chemicals. That's unlikely to be the case with most American plant-based diets, which are completely saturated in crap. Any program that fails to mention this is straight-up hiding critical facts.

    My 86-year-old father and I watched "What the Health" a few days ago (I'd seen it before) and he's motivated enough to cut back on animal products & focus mostly on plants (more vegetarian than vegan), I've also seen this documentary, I hope to get him to watch this, too–it's so inspiring. Eating a WFPB diet just makes sense; it's obvious that our government doesn't care about our health, never have, never will; we have to do it ourselves. That's why I'm so skeptical of the way the U.S. government/media are treating COVID as though it's the Black Death rather than the flu. Why the masks & shut-downs & vaccines (for the flu) if the government couldn't care less about us? Maybe it's about something else. . . .there's a difference between dying FROM Covid and dying WITH it, I bet most diagnosed cases are "with it" (and there's no telling how many tests yielded "false positives"). It's mass hysteria, but the Hong Kong Flu of 1968-69 took 1-4 million lives & there were no masks, shut-downs, hysterics, etc. Check the statistics: the US leads the world in COVID cases/deaths, with Brazil & India right behind. But India has 3x the population w/half the fatalities. Why are the rates in the US so high? Could it be because we eat so much crap & rarely exercise? Could it be too many animal products? Maybe that's why India is doing better, because most everyone is a vegetarian. A terrible diet & little exercise ruins your health & weakens your immune system–that's the good old USA! Other countries that have low COVID rates–considering the population–are Chad, Niger, Rwanda, Thailand, Taiwan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Somalia, Singapore, Senegal, Vietnam, Qatar, Haiti, to name a few. Perhaps it's because of their lifestyle & diet, which is a whole lot better than ours. I bet a million dollars that if the majority of the people in the US had been eating a WFPB diet for years & getting enough fresh air/exercise, there wouldn't be so many cases. Just my opinion. Anyway, thanks for the documentary!

    God have been trying to tell us this through his word. Mind you the Bible is the longest standing history book so it’s not new. We have to get back to the eden diet. Mankind wasn’t created to eat meat, just look at what God give Adam after forming him, even after the fall of man we still wasn’t eating meat. As a matter of fact when God decided to reduced the years of man to 120 years (Gen 6:3) that was the only time which was after the flood that meat was introduced to our diet. If we serve him and follow his word he will keep the diseases of the Egyptians away from us (Deu 7:15). The sad thing is that the Christian world is now looking to the world to tell us how to live healthier lives which God clearly lay out in his word from the beginning of time. Science prove God each and every day. As a SDA hearing this isn’t new. God told his servants this years ago and sometimes I feel as if they studied the writings of Ellen White and even John Kellogg (before the living temple), but you know what ALL flesh will say one day that he is God. Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. (3John 1:2)

    This is a documentary or propaganda to get people to be vegetarians. This man is off his rocker. Animals were made to be eaten. Give me a break!! God gave us dominion over animals. You want a better world, do something about consumerism. All the trash and landfills needed.

    Plants are poison for people and it's what's keeping and making people sick. Why is this still pushed on the public as healthy when Heart disease, DM2 , cancer and stroke are on the rise? Eat what our ancestors ate – real food – meat, dairy, animal organs, animal fats. Agriculture was the downfall of all civilization, carbs = sugar and are deadly.

    Popper is wrong when she says supplements are good for some people. T Colin Campbell and John McDougall are correct when they say supplements are all harmful, never the same as whole food plant based.

    I fully agree with this sentiment. However. The laws still favor corporations to spew lethal food stuff into our home environments. Corporations are still banking on the ignorance of the American People with no known policing in sight. This video is not a motivator for corporations to offer healthy food. Not even a little.
    Food corporations are not your friends.

    I knew this women who only ate plant based diet and she passed away at middle age. This plant based diet is a load of crap! God put animals on earth to hunt and eat. Quit pushing your tree hugging environmentalist vegan bullshit.

    Neither plant nor meat alone diets can provide all the nutrients a body needs. (Meat diet, no Vit C, vegetable diet no B12) Some people function better on a more plant based direction and others in a meat based direction. I don't go for any system that advocated one over the other. Primary problem is modern day living. Homogenized milk, grain fed beef, mercury fish, sugar, refined carbs, junk food, poisoned fruit, pesticide vegetables, nutrient deficient soils, poisoned water and dirty air.

    Most of the lean, smart, beautiful and fast animals in the kingdom are carnivores: Lions, Tigers, Cheetah's and Puma's. The fat, slow, lazy, stupid and ugly animals are vegetarians. Cows, Hippos, Donkeys and Pigs

    That's it. I thought I was doing good because I didn't eat red meat(except bacon, pepperoni, and sausage) then I watched this video and I'm just sick to my stomach seeing those few brief shots of how animals were killed in order for me to eat them. I'm giving up meat altogether, even bacon. That's how I'll do my part for the Planet. I'm going plant based.
