    I did this workout 3 days ago. The first day is only to test my ability if i can do this workout so i didn't count that as my DAY 1. So my DAY 1 start the next day. Here's my journey to get fit!

    Day 1 : ✅ 28 DECEMBER 2020
    Day 2 : ✅
    Day 3 :
    Day 4 :
    Day 5 :
    Day 6 :
    Day 7 :

    I will do this for a week to see the result and if i can maintain doing this workout then i will do it for a month and until i reach my target💪

    Before : 61.10 kg
    Target : 50-52 kg
    Height : 163 cm

    I also did 2 more workout video for weight loss and arm workout❤ total exercise around 30 minutes per day😊

    I’ve been trying to lose weight since quarantine and since we might not go back to school, I felt the motivation to start working out again. I’ll do this until I lose the amount of weight I’m looking for. So I’ll update daily I promise 😉
    DAY ONE :✅I’m sweating like a pig. I did this and the 5 minute ab workout.

    day 1: i did the workout and felt it was pretty easy, so I'm gonna add another video and do that one too.

    doing this challenge keeping you guys updated!
    Day 1: wasn’t tooooo bad,took an 1hr walk (4km) before working out tho. sweat lvl:9/10 **after the workout I did high knees for 4min & jumping jacks for 1min
    Day 2: I am so soreeee from yesterday,wasn’t too bad tho. Sweat lvl: 6/10
    Day 3: today was pretty good,I was still a little bit sore sweat lvl: 4/10
    Day4: didn’t have any problems still was a Little bit sore. Sweat lvl: 3/10

    I'm gonna update everyday and doing
    this with no diet . lets see .
    current weight 55kg.
