    Hi Manju . I am your subscriber. I started following you when I was 83 kgs. Now I am 75 kgs. I follow a simple diet and exercise. Now after 1 and 1/2 months my weight has come to a plateau. I am not able to reduce. PL suggest a way to reduce my weight. I am 49 years old, height is 4"10"and weight 75 kgs.
