What all can i do to end my workout in one hour. It always seems impossible for me because the warmup and cool down also takes up so much time that in total it takes me about 2 hours. Please give some suggestions

guys ditch all this, do sadharan/hanuman/mishr dand, & sapaate, change the tempo accordingly to mimic cardio. you wil grow strong and lose all that flab.
