    What all can i do to end my workout in one hour. It always seems impossible for me because the warmup and cool down also takes up so much time that in total it takes me about 2 hours. Please give some suggestions

    I am fatty as as hell and my trainner has said me to do cardio and abs and he has said me to not lift weight until you lose 5kgs i dont know that he is good or bad what should i do

    This much is enough for full body workout, I doing this all and I am doing some extra also I do 1:30 hours workout every from the day of lockdown started it's being 3 months but kuch jada loss nahi h. Please suggest me what to doo

    guys ditch all this, do sadharan/hanuman/mishr dand, & sapaate, change the tempo accordingly to mimic cardio. you wil grow strong and lose all that flab.
