    That's me! Living, breathing, dancing miracle! For real! 😉 "If you're moving, you're toning." Thank you for that. Ever since I had to ditch the weights due to "stuff" and only use body weight, my mind has fought me. You know what? Enough IS enough! I'm here! I'm moving! ALL is GOOD!     When I saw POWER WALK I thought YES! Just walking. After all of these years I should know better by the "power." I still loved it, intervals seemed long, but just getting back in the saddle so it all feels long. LOL! GREAT mid week sweat! SFG!

    I also have knee issues and am starting to have bursitus in my hips also. I am 54 years and very short. I ran for years, but my body just wont let me anymore. Now I take nice vigorous walks in the country and do Pahla's workouts. I love them and am losing weight and feel great!

    My younger daughter was a competitive gymnast. Sometimes during competitions, if one girl wobbled on beam, the other girls would look away, in order to keep themselves from having wobbles on beam. Today, I totally wobbled when you did during the finisher! 😂❤️

    hey pahla, i've been working out with you for 6+ months. i have worked out my entire life and am in excellent shape especially for a 52 year old post menopausal chick. 3 months ago i was diagnosed with breast cancer. i knew i was having surgery and really beefed up my workouts prior to surgery b/c i knew i wouldn't be able to exercise for a while (not that fitness is stored but it did make me feel better and i think heal faster). i really felt helpless the first few weeks as i could barely move my left arm (where lymph nodes were removed) or even push myself up out of the bed or a chair and was totally exhausted. but here i am 6 weeks post surgery doing this workout. i had to make some modifications due to the arm and breast movement. i put a folded up wash cloth inside my sports bra on my surgery side to keep it still and did not raise my left arm above my head. you have several videos for people with back or knee issues but have you thought about doing some videos for people with arm or shoulder difficulties? i don't mean PT that is different. really 3-4 videos would be great to ease people back into exercise. thanks for your awesome workouts, can't wait to be able to fully participate again.

    Thank you sooo much I have been an avid exercisers and after 2 surgeries it really did me in. The moderate workouts make it possible for me to workout again after 50

    Hi Pahla, yesterday I told my friend about your channel, and she tried one of your workouts, saying that it felt good! We are both in our 20s and living in dorms, which means our space is rather limited. I can't even find enough space to do a plank! So I struggled for a long time trying to find all-standing workouts, and luckily we have you! Plus, low impact means I won't get complaints from the girls downstairs lol. Thanks ❤

    I'll be 64 next month and have been doing walking videos for a number of years, usually 30 minutes. This one didn't give me a lot of steps, but it definitely worked me out more than the others! I also liked that there was no distracting music. First time here and I just subscribed!

    This video was great (just like all of them)! I have lost 35 lbs and am buying new clothes, but I am finding it hard to find leggings that stay put! Especially while I'm not jumping or squatting or transitioning to the floor (haha). It's very frustrating to be pulling those back in place in the middle of my workout. So…the ones you've purchased from Amazon do they stay put? Or do you just deal with it? Maybe, Skinny Minnie, you don't have this problem! If anyone reads this and has a solution I'd appreciate your comments! TIA Thanks, Pahla, for doing these. I'm pretty sure you've helped with the info you share if not the exercises.

    PERFECT as well to like me that is 60 yrs. old gal, I have to drag my husband who suffer gout a lot to do this low impact aside from walking that makes him limp while walking all the time. Thanks Pabha hope to get more low impact exercise❤️
