Hi! I just found your channel and have been watching your vsg videos since the beginning. I have a question. You might end up already have answered this question in later videos, I just haven't gotten there yet. How long did you take off from work for the surgery? Do you feel it was enough time? Based on your experience, how long would you recommend staying out from work for? Thanks!
I'm so glad I clicked on your video…. I was beginning to become somewhat depressed because of my stall… I lost a lot of my weight during my pre-op and the first week, week & half… I am at a stall currently, almost two weeks now…. I haven't been committed to my protein, it's just hard to take it in (maybe the flavor is just blah)…. But I will start again and just go with the flow… You've given me some hope π
Good day Amazing video! Good content thanks, I am likewise a blogger for some websites and upload videos related to those matter sometimes, just started out here, i actually like your videos! good luck
Thanks for this video. Tomorrow is my first of 3 nutrition visits before my surgery. I'm very excited. I'm now in my 40's and my only real concern is sagging skin. I'm doing this in hopes of living longer and having a healthier life because I have reached over 300 pounds. I've tried everything to get it off. I pray this will be the answer. You look GREAT!!!
hey girl. i am 6 weeks post-op. still soft foods until week 10. I had a little stall week three. I have lost 27 pounds so far. i am exercising and eating healthy. i haven't had a problem with the constipation. I make sure i get my liquids and my 75 grams of protein in. If you have rockin refuel protein drink at your location they are really good and you get 30gr of protein in a 12oz bottle. i drink 2 of those a day plus a boost calorie smart shake which has 16 grams of protein. feel free to email me and we can discuss and share ideas. mjenkins2235@gmail.com
