When trying to lose weight the following things should be kept in mind.
1.) Intermittent fasting
intermittent fasting is a diet plan where you fast for a set period of time during the day. This is usually between 16-20 consecutive hours. You eat during the other 4-8 hours of the day.
While fasting you can eat and drink low calorie or calorie-free foods. Think coffee, tea, water, and vegetables.
The more time you spend fasting every day, the better your results. You can do these fasts as often as you like. Again, the more often you do so, the better.
2.) Get in a caloric deficit
FIgure out how many calories you need on a daily basis. Cut that to by 500.
3.) Eat a balanced diet rich in protein, fats and vegetables.
