New subbie & I've been waiting for this. Thank you as I've always been a picky eater & under eater. Now I'm dealing with "skinny fat". So frustrating. Your videos have been so helpful. Please make more simple ways to get protein.
I am so glad you said steak could be used instead of salmon. I'm truly not a picky eater, but no matter what I try, I cannot make myself like salmon. π
