    Do all Aussies speak fast? Cause when I speed this up to 1.5x it sounds normally paced for me. 🙂
    This is brilliant. Mind control is key. Stay Positive. Not self bad talk.

    Still think that if you
    1. Sleep well (Eat before 6pm, if not 4PM),
    2.Go Keto or Carnivore with fatty meat, salmon.
    3. Get plenty of sunshine and gentle exercise.
    High heart rate extended longer than 25 mins increases cortisol. 4. Ditch the caffeine. High levels of Cortisol keeps you stressed and Ghrelin increases, so you 'feel' hungry.

    There's some good information here but also a lot of Bro science here. Thanks, but I'll stick with Dr Berg an Dr Fung.

    This water issue makes sense FINALLY. I debated within myself about considering a country that the people don't really drink much water and are SLENDER…. Yet, perhaps tire out, dryness of inner life basically drinking enough when they feel thirsty, and not knowing WATER is so good for us! One of the things besides oxygen that has freely created for all living cells.

    Forget ignoring the snooze button for breakfast sleep and fast till 12 or 2! Ull get BDNF and time to redirect ur craving to good fuel BITES to keep feeling as good as do before ur break fast.

    Fascinating. Seltzer in between glasses of wine. I love it. For a compulsive person who does not want to hear, "Just quit drinking" %W%@%, this is an option that will slow you down, but you always have your hands busy so you're less likely to go overboard. I will try this at an upcoming Friendsmas 🙂

    Someone targeted me and body shamed me for years. Rediculing me in online…like social media, telling his friends about me and they also joined in. My electronic devices were hacked and they observed every move I made and then commented on my weight and made fun of me on social media.. Battling cancer, auto immune disease, and inexhuastable pain, I never once blamed the other person! Looking back I realize how toxic this person was and how mean him and his friends were. I put on more weight than I ever had my whole life. When important people in ur life drive u to overeat or do something harmful, accept that they r ur enemy and nothing more. Somekne who is a lover, friend, family, would never torture u in the name of "helping" u. I came out of it and continue to do so everyday and in the process of losing a huge amount of weight. Don't allow narcicissistic people in ur life shame u. Only u know what ur going through. End of story. Good luck.

    Wow… I can eat an 8 course meal, can’t breath, hurting and walk into someone else’s house 30 minutes later and see food and be starving and eat another 8 course meal.
    Your the first person I’ve ever heard say this same thing.
    Wow…it makes no sense… where did the food go??? And the pain???? What a trip.

    You don't need to count calories. Add real foods and dump processed foods and sugar. A bit of meat but no red meat Make it simple or people will not continue
