    Hii, I have always been k to working out and trying to be fit until I lost my thyroid and is soooo hard to maintain my weight now, I work out , I have been doing 5 exercise of barbell complexes 3-4 times a week and I do about 10 sets of them and it takes me about half hour . I am on my 5th week, yet I don't see any visible changes, I am dying to losey. Love handles and belly fat.. and I just don't seem to be seeing it, now it this normal to see your self getting bigger a little bit initially? I'm on my 5th week doing it 3-4 times a week? How soon should I expect to see a change ? Now I eat a o e if meal a day and the rest is all fruits and vegetables.. please tell me, it is normal to see what I'm seeing in body happening? Which is "bulking" ?😭
