HIIT WITH WEIGHTS FOR WOMEN – Grab a sets of Dumbbells and hit this full body HIIT with weights for women, designed to strengthen and tone from head to toe.
In this 30 minute dumbbell circuit, you’ll use weights to increase the intensity and help you burn more at faster.
You’ll just need a moderately heavy set of dumbbells to complete this HIIT workout at home for women. I used 1 set of 5kgs dumbbells but you may want to work with something lighter or heavier depending on your strength level.
There are 2 seperate circuits that make up this 30 minute HIIT circuit with weights.
Circuit 1-Complete the following sets at each exercise:
Set 1- 40 seconds work/15 seconds rest
Set 2- 30 seconds work/10 seconds rest
Set 3- 20 seconds work/15 seconds rest
Rest 1 minute then complete circuit 2 for the same sets and time scheme.
