    Holy frogs. Thank you, Lucy. I have been doing your 'PCOS workout take back control' for the last 6 days as for some reason for me that one has such an amazing feel of gentle and empowering (and it invigorates me afterwards – as all your videos do). I decided to do this HIIT one after it today. Gosh, this felt more like some of your 7 minute ones. Legs are feeling wobbly and I can feel my metabolism jacked up. Thank you again for all you do.

    Hi Lucy! I just came across this video and I love it. Anything to help keep the weight off during menopause is wonderful. You mentioned adding seeds to our diet at the end of the video. As well a drop a dress size down m through menopause.. I am struggling to lose weight. I cut out the carbs but it’s so hard. πŸ’•

    I'm only 15 so obviously I'm not mano pause yet, but I regularly do this workout and it makes me feel so much more flexible and my confidence in my body has improved so much, thank you so much Lucy, so glad that I found your channel.

    Thank you thank you for this! Wow… This is a lot harder than it looks. And I run a few days a week and I was out of breath within a minute. I need this to jumpstart my metabolism. I work from home so I am sitting most of the day but this is something I can do twice a day while I am working and I am also walking in the morning two miles. Right smack in the middle of menopause and have gone from a size 0/2 which is my normal size to a 5/6. Doesn’t sound like much to most people but that is a huge amount of weight gain for me…20 pounds. Thank you again for this!

    Hi Lucy, I've just found you this week. I've lost 2 stone over the last 2 year by eating clean but at the moment I'm stuck so need exercise and I've just done your reset your metabolism and your menopause video plus your 3 minute arm toning. I have a hip replacement so do your easy beginnings. I love your videos. I am aimingΒ to lose another 1 and 1/2 stone but just needed something to kick start me as eating clean is my lifestyle now.
