    In Perimenopause..do you suggest progesterone creams to help balance or do those make weight gain worse? I'm 45 and doing Omad but not losing which is causing stressπŸ™„. I walk 30-45 minutes a day. Should I extend my fast πŸ˜”? So frustrating Help😳

    64 years old lost 20 pounds doing keto 4 years ago. I have gained 6 pounds in the last month. I am post menopause. OB will not put me on hormones now to late. Still get hot flashes at night…..I feel my weight gain is from a hormone inbalance, I had my last period at 39…..so now paying the price prolapse uterus, bladder and the start of osteopenia …….not sure where to go from here. The lowest weight I got to was 144 stayed there for three years now 150….I worked to hard to lose it to gain it all back. My goal weight was 135. My height is currently 5 ft 4. Lost an inch in five years! I just never got to my goal weight even though there is still lots of fat on my body. I do fasting as well…..moderated exercise walking 1 1/2 a day and some resistance at home. Haven’t yet gone back to gym due to covid. Do you think your program would help…….usually when I add good carbs the scale jumps quickly. Thanks ANNE
