    Hi Lisa! I’m not sure if you use anything besides Monat! I use a few things outside of Monat … and have heard several people say they don’t care for the Monat hairspray. I don’t use a lot of hair spray but have heard such great reviews on the Verb Ghost Hairspray. I thought of you the moment I tried it. It’s amazing! You would love it!!! It has such a great “mist” rather than a heavy or thick spray. If you want to brush it out, it’s not crunchy or sticky. Wanted to share it with you because I think you would enjoy it! I’m sure you are enjoying your summer but I’m excited for your “school year” videos to come back!

    Intermediate fasting has worked great for me too. I did the breakfast thing and gained weight. Ben doing IF for about 3 months and can see a big difference and 10 lbs less. You look great! Love your videos 👍

    Good job! What worked for me is burst workouts (see Dr. Pompa), intermittent fasting and clean eating. Organic meats and eggs, organic vegetables, more healthy fats (completely got rid of my cravings and keep me full for hours!), avoiding sugar and gluten as much as possible, just like you. Clean eating is very beneficial for kids, too, and there are plenty of healthy substitutes nowadays for sugary and gluten filled foods that children can take to school. "Clean and delicious" is a good website for that. It takes time to clean up our act😆, but it's so worth it! I started this journey three years ago and I'm still learning. All the best to you! xo

    Nutella spread on provolone taste just like a candy bar. Doc put my husband on a no processed food low sugar no starch or carb diet and he lost weight like crazy.

    Congrats Lisa! Sounds like you have found what works for you. I do low carb as well. I find food can be hard sometimes. I really can’t eat grains (Causes rashes). I eat a lot of eggs, yogurt with fresh fruit, chicken, beef, fish, salads. Sometimes in the afternoons I’ll make a fruit smoothie with a little protein powder added in. Even when we have hamburgers we wrap them in lettuce. I have a bad sweet tooth so I keep dark chocolate squares and have 2 a day 😂. I really don’t do much cardio other than biking a few times a week. I do use some light weights at home and 30 minute Pilates based workout about 5-6 days a week. I’ve been able to maintain my weight for a few years now. Before it would fluctuate all the time. Glad you’re doing well! You look great!

    Looking good girl! Intermittent fasting does work. I do it too…and also eat low carb. Love bone broth in the morn too because it doesn’t go towards the fast. It so good for you. Check out Dr. Berg here on YT about fasting. He has tons of info in it. 😊

    Next month will be the one year anniversary since my husband and I started IF. We love it. We are 54 years old and I started it because I was happy with my weight until I hit menopause. After that I put on 5 pounds over the span of a year. I went from 145 to 150. I didn’t know how to stop the gaining until I saw uppiesbeads talk about IF. I started and thankfully my husband joined me. I am now 142 and want to get to 138. My progress has been slow because I like wine! I also workout out quite intensely. But I have laid off the wine this summer and saw weight loss. My husband really loves IF. He hasn’t weighed what he does since college. I HIGHLY recommend this diet for menopausal women not so much for weight loss but to stop the out of control. weight GAIN. This beats dieting because I have never stayed on any diet this long. I will eat this way for the rest of my life. Congrats to you! You look great. I wish I had discovered IF at a younger age

    Yay!!! So excited for you! My favorite drink is LaCroix! I get the 24 pack at Costco for like $5 because I really prefer those flavors(lemon, lime, and grapefruit) more then all the newer flavors! I haven’t had soda in 10 years since discovering LaCroix! Miracle! Love this video! I have found lots of workout videos on you tube that I do in my hotel room when I’m traveling! Another thing that I love is my Apple Watch Activity is so motivating….”closing the rings” everyday! When I don’t want to workout, I look at my watch and just tell myself “it’s only 30 minutes”!!

    Bravo proud of you I am also doing the same thing intermittent fasting I actually started the past Sunday so it’s been about only four days I’m already down 3 pounds and I jumped right into a 16/8 meaning 16 hours of my fasting window of only eight hours of feeding window far so good.
    Yes and please give us updates and will keep all of us motivated❤️❤️❤️❤️ by the way you look freaking amazing

    Congratulations Lisa! My name is Beverly and I am a sugar-holic. Have been my whole life. I'm not a big person 5'2 1/2 and have struggled my whole life. I've managed to stay a size 2 even at my ripe old age of 64. But there are times when I go off the wagon as in now….and it's harder than hell to get back on that wagon. I'll just say it's a good thing I'm not a diabetic because I'd probably be dead. I will get back on that wagon because I can't just let myself go….

    If you want an alternative to a sandwich for the beach, try coldcut rollups. I'll layer a slice of lean ham, turkey and cheese, then add a sprinkle of olive oil, salt and pepper and roll it. Two to three rollups are an easy replacement for a beach sandwich. Congrats on your weight loss!

    Good job, girl! I know how hard avoiding sweets is for you so that's awesome! Yes, cutting carbs and sugar have been key for me as well. I do intermittent fasting a little without even thinking about it. I just eat when I'm hungry. Keep up the good work! xo
