👉 How I lost 30 Pounds in 30 Days, Intermittent Fasting, Weight Loss over 40 2021



Join me every Wednesday at 8pm for a discussion on weight loss, healthy living, navigating changes in fitness and energy as we age, and so much more. I will share my journey as obsessive calorie restriction, compulsive exercise, and the wake up call that shifted my focus from being skinny, to being healthy. We’ll build a community of support and hold each other accountable with weekly check in the comment section. Regardless where you are on your fitness journey, we can do this together. Week 1

Set your goal. Write it down.

Download a food tracking app like My Fitness Pal, or use a food journal. (This is especially helpful if you are prone to mindless snacking)

Stock your fridge and pantry with healthy foods. (We’ll talk about this in the video)

Set a movement goal. I plan to work out every day, even if that means lifting weights for 15 minutes, any type of intentional movement is fantastic.

Commit to improved health and vitality. Weight loss is the byproduct.

    Hi! I am 48 years old too. I want to make a come back and get back to being fit over 40. I would be really happy to lose 30 pounds. I want to do it in a healthy way and not go too crazy trying to lose too much. I think 128 will be a nice weight for me. I do intermittent fasting. Its the only thing that works for me.

    A month! Nice! Congrats! I lost a 130+lbs in two and half years. I went from cigarettes, eating pizza, burgers and beer to spirulina/chlorella and greens. I had no idea what a carbohydrate was to studying biochemistry and voltage healing.

    I’m with you I’m wanting to lose 15 pounds I’ve gained this last year I know one of my problems is I’ve never exercise I’ve never had the motivation I just always feel like a couch potato 🤭 I hear everyone talk about how much energy they get from it and that’s what I really need

    I’m 45 , on off dieting since 13. I was also borderline anorexic for many yrs. Now raising a second family and cooking all the time. I’m going to the gym and doing weights etc walking hills where I live as well. I’ve been trying keto for a few weeks but I’m so sick of chicken and avocados and really getting tired of eggs ugh. I do shakes , I’ve taken Holistic Nutrition and even went Raw Vegan for a yr plus. I’m having chicken salad tonight too but I’m tired of it. Keto is definitely icky after a month or more… You would think with the regular fasting , you wouldn’t have to worry about calories too much or as much.
