    It still surprises me, how lots of people do not know about vanguard formulas, although lots of people get good result with it. Thanks to my buddy who told me about it, I have lost a lot of weight with it without starving myself.

    I started the keto diet about a month and a week ago I started at 226lbs and I'm short too I'm 5'0 I'm down to 206 so far and I feel great I also have hypothyroidism and I'm asthmatic I just found your channel and I'm I love it already thank you for such amazing content

    Thank you for your help. How does one eat 1200 cal if you try & do the intermittent fasting? They all talk about trying to eat one meal a day..
    I haven't had one bit of trouble staying on course…my weight comes from sugar but once i got off of the sugar its been great. I don't have a problem with eating the food at all. I'm lost but thankfull that so many of you have been able to lose the weight. I need to lose 30 lbs & contemplating a tummy tuck…if i could lose these lbs.

    I had a slim fast peanut butter on my 3rd day of keto coz I was feeling anxious and started having flu symptoms of keto now i left feeling guilty will it kick me out of keto?

    Have you seen your dr since you’ve lost weight? What did she say? I’m a diabetic, but my dr said why don’t you try it. I kind of tried it,I love the veggies, but then I grab some carbs, why should I try? But I think I’ll give it another try.thats really nice that your doing well, with it. Keep it up we are pulling for you. I know it can be gone, my granddaughter has lost over 70 lbs. she’s beautiful,but she is real strict with herself. She’s afraid I’ll get sick. So she doesn’t talk to me much about it. I really don’t get to see her much. I was really shocked when I first saw her,in fact I didn’t even know her. So I know it works.     I meant to say my boyfriend said men liking small butts. Which he was saying my butt is too big not directly but well you know what I mean? Thank God I have a great shrink because I tell him these things and he says that is completely unacceptable and rotten. And I was also talking about not cutting carbs. On this keto of really only 1 week because the 1st week I fell off the wagon eating rice, drinking a couple glasses of red wine which has been a staple in my life for years. I’m determined now because I see so many people losing pretty fast on it but it has to become a way of life. I notice I am not hungry and I’m doing IF. I like Dr. Berg and his info. I’m 5’5 I shrunk also 2 inches, and I weigh 190.. so I want to get down to my fighting weight of 130. Wish me luck! And luck to you! You look great. It has to be a way of life now!

    I just started on Keto my factor was drinking red wine every night at least a bottle. You give me positive influence. I’m 67 and probably part of it was my boyfriend who I am not with was talking about me liking small buts which I disagree because when I was in Italy they were definitely checking it out. I was a skinny kid like you and I was super in shape in my 20’s 30’s 40’s and when I went through medipause 44 I went into hypo thyroid. I’ve had 2 children. Anyway fast forward I’ve struggled with my weight . I’ve been 200 down-to 160 in 2011 on very low calorie hcg diet but the weight creeped back on. Not being disciplined and not cutting car s

    OMG Misti I just found this while binge watching your video’s . This is excellent motivation for me. My husband passed away from cancer 3 months ago. I gained sooooo much weight eating out after seeing my hospice patients then taking care of him when I got home. I’m taking the bull by the horns and going all in. I will be preaching his memorial service( I’m an RN and Minister )in 11 weeks,St John suit here I come! Another thanks my dear, I just left a comment on today’s posting.
