    I started my weight loss journey a while ago because I want to be healthier and more attractive. I am a single mother and have no time to spare… I searched online for the best dieting plan and also something to boost my energy and weight loss goals.     Great, candid video. Thanks for being so real. I’m currently tracking and it’s really working for me. I used to work out hard core so I could pig out lol. I barely work out anymore and at 45 it’s being kinder to my body with this lifestyle, my workouts are now long walks

    It would have been much better if I seen this specific β€œhttps://t.co/iqHBclbolv a couple of years back. I burned 12 pounds in three weeks up to now. There is certainly still need of exercises even only a few times a week and also the meals to eat must be best. It showed awesome results for me. Undeniably, this is strongly recommended and I also do hope this would work to you too simply because it did to me. .

    First of all you look george! I'd kill to look like you 5 years from now, cause I'm 5 years younger but you look younger then I do. A year ago I finally got to my ideal weight after losing 30 pounds.Im 5'3 and 126 lbs had 3 births and I'll be 36 in a couple weeks. almost each pound shows and I'm a little prone to overeating. I gained 15 pounds in a course of a year. Now I lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks or less doing intermittent dieting every day. I do 16-18 hours of no eating and get my 2000 calories in a course of 6 hours if I'm guaranteed to lose 2 lbs of fat per week to get to my goal,I'll be happy. Any sustainable advice for me to speed up the process?

    I lost 45 pounds in 2013 by just eating their frozen dinners, I am not a cook. The meals are not necessarily good for you, although they are made with lower calorie ingredients. But the app was awesome counting points, searching an item, and then adding to your day. Recording the points in your daily life opens up your eyes about what is really so fattening for you. The meals were so easy to do, plus they really show you what a portion is supposed to be. So, what happened to me since then? I gained all of it back, plus 10. I changed jobs to a swing shift, I hit menopause and just turned 50. But I know it can be done just by doing a few miles on the treadmill, and cutting out sweets, staying away from fast food. In the beginning of the year I did this, and dropped 10 pounds in a month, the first month is always so dramatic, don’t you think. And then I got lazy again. But this was a bit inspirational for me. Thanks for this video. Sorry so long.

    I'm quite a bit older than you and I want to lose weight for two reasons: I have osteoarthritis and I want to have less hip and knee pain. And I don't want to have to go out and buy a whole new freaking wardrobe so I can fit into my summer clothes (it's winter where I am and I currently have three pairs of pants and four tops which fit). And I've enjoyed this video.

    Have you ever considered Intermittent Fasting. I'm 53 years young. So far I've lost 40lbs. Just starting Keto and fasting. Check it out.

    Congrats on the weight loss! I think you went about it in a healthy way. I didn't use WW, but tracked my calories on My Fitness Pal. It's similar for me, I find eating healthy with an occasional treat works best for me. I agree that food is the key to weight loss, however exercise has just as many health benefits as healthy eating. It even improves the brain, although I'm still waiting for that one, lol. I mainly exercise for mental health, it relieves a lot of my stress and anxiety. But I don't go to a gym, I walk my dog and do a short you tube workout at home. I believe moderate exercise works the best. No way am I killing myself!

    I want to tell you joy much I enjoyed this video. You inspired me to finally to do something about my weight. When you said that at times yes you felt hungry that did it for me. I know a lot of times when I think I'm hungry it's really water that I need in my body. I have been wanting to do something for the last year with the extra 10 lbs I've been packing. I'm 5'2" and some may think 10lbs is not much but it is a large sack of potatoes I'm carry with me everywhere daily, I have signed up with weight watchers and have lost two pounds already. Am I hungry? Nope, and it's okay to not feel full all the time but it's not hunger I feel. They have so many choices and I can make simple changes which is good for me. Thanks again for inspiring me.

    So proud of you and your weight-loss accomplishment! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘It's not an easy thing to do for sure, and yes, a certain amount of self-discipline is necessary. I've struggled with my weight since I was 7 and am now in my late 40's. I have health issues that bring extra challenges to losing weight and exercising, but I do what I can do. In my late 20's/early 30's, Weight Watchers helped me lose 35 pounds, so it is possible, but I encourage others to make it a way of life in your younger years, as it's harder as we age to lose weight (particularly if one has physical limitations). Focusing on being healthy is key to success, so keep up the good work! πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜ŠπŸ’•

    I think it is super important to make yourself a priority no matter what manner you decide to approach that in! No different than taking care of our skin. BTW that eyeshadow is fierce on you!!! So pretty!

    M'Fugs! Congratulations on the weight loss…I so the hear hormomes and metabolism that can be a nightmare, and it was so nice to hear you on the subject and how you made the WW work for you! Now that BAG…….WOW! I was in Italy and their leather is SO SO SO wonderful! The smell of the shops walking down the street and to just touch some of the goods being sold, wow great memories. I didn't know about Teddy Blake, but I love his philosophy. I would be so grateful to win this bag!

    "So happy for you Rebecca and you're just as beautiful as you were before!" I know when we get into our 40's weight gain is a common thing as we're going through menopause and have all these hormonal changes going on. That's why alot of us gain and can't loose during this time in our lives. Also our thyroid changes, thus throwing everything off! I've lost 20 pounds in the last few months and I have hypothyroidism, 47 yrs, and I think alot of what helped me was that I cut alot of sugar out of my diet and i have been eating better (I wont say healthier though). Also I'm 5'7" and I've noticed that my weight at 160 looks best on me, and I've gotten down to 140-145 and I looked too slim and IMO sickly looking! I always weighed about 145-150 when I was younger and that ideally was my weight then, ("ya know when I was toned, slim and trim")…lol, and this was before I had children. Now as I've gotten older I look better weighing a little more, it could be that I'm a big framed woman (that's what I've been told) and I don't exercise, but I do walk a little…lol!     I love WW. Even though my weight hasn't changed much in months, I've lost 25# overall and this is the longest I've sustained a loss (no more crash diets). I go to meetings weekly and use the app. I only have ten pounds to get to goal, and it's fun to get dressed now. Plus, I'm no longer prediabetic. Pb2 is really good and low points, and the chile lime seasoning from Trader Joe's is another staple (so good on cucumbers and apples).

    Love this video and you look awesome. I noticed your tiny waist, you looked like "Miss Scarlet", in one of your Disney pics.πŸ’• I am struggling with my weight due to an illness I was diagnosed with in 2012. Since then I have kept my weight under control until this year. My sugar cravings are ridiculous although, when I was seeing a psychologist, she had recently performed a clinical trial on patients with my diagnoses: fibromyalgia, joint pain and chronic fatigue. The fibro has affected my memory but I believe she said once we get the sugar it helps us cope with pain. I actually worked at a world renown medical center and university and found this to be true. WW might work for me so, thank you for such a thorough review of their point system. You have a beautiful family and please know, Emma is in my prayers. I had severe endometriosis which resulted in a hysterectomy when I was 35. My GYN caught it early enough but told me it would spread to my other organs, like moss on a tree, if I didn't have surgery. Technology has come a long way and I'm so glad Emma has a good surgeon. Take care, Susan πŸ’—

    Congrats on the weight loss!!! I've done the same thing only I cut out soda. Like a lot of soda. I didn't change eating habits or exercise and dropped 18 pounds. Saw my dr last week and I'm down to 134.6. I would like to get to 128 but if I don't, I'm not going to stress about it. I'm 51 years old and I wear my curves with pride. πŸ™‚ You are braver than i am though. A bikini will never be on this body. πŸ™‚ Keep up the good work, Rebecca!!!

    You are correct…WW works. Been happily following it since 2006…healthier weight & healthier body. In my late 50's (2012), I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer. My chemo dr. told me I'm going to treat you like you're 40 because you can handle it. And..I..did!
