    I run or walk every other day lost weight on legs and hips but the belly fat is so stubborn. She is definitely right about sugar and carbs as last year I cut right down and belly fat went, now it is back so going back to low carbs.

    I LOVE HIIT but I'm thinking it's making my hot flashes more prevalent. I'm guessing I may have to do more yoga and weight bearing exercises. It's sort of a bummer though because I love the way I feel after HIIT. But in the evening it seems like my flashes are so uncomfortable. I'm trying different herbs, and yesterday had a great day but not so great night. Have you tried anything or had hot flashes?

    I wish i could get 7 to 8 hrs sleep. Do to being so hot i can't sleep. Plus my thighs are bigger. I have gotten fat. I will try your advise. Thank u

    I am suffering with huge belly fat.
    I'm so small upper body & I have to go up 2 sizes in waist.
    I do have high cortisol & highly stressed & cant sleep at night.

    My dr gave me estrogen and progesterone prescriptions and for the past yeart I’ve been taking both for menopause but I keep gaining belly fat. Should I stop the progesterone pills and see if just the added estrogen helps?
