I did hit a plateau in my prep and here’s the measures I took to make sure I kept losing bodyfat percentage. P-s: The leg/booty consisted of 4 rounds, you can do 10 or 15 reps of each exercice.

    Great video as always! So excited that you are coming this year to the Toronto Pro Show! Can't wait to be able to try some Believe supplement products and hear more about them. I am going away on a trip at the end of April and I am trying to switch up my workout routine/diet before I go to loose a bit of extra body fat. Any suggestions on how to do so without dieting too much? I was thinking of doing the ketogenic diet, but I feel like that might be too much on my body when I indulge on my trip! Thanks 🙂

    Great video and tips, I'm definitely in a plateau at the moment. Trying to switch up my training intensity and eat even healthier. It's so hard to resist the sweet treats every now and then though 😭

    im definitely in a PLATEAU :/ i want to lose more fat and gain more muscle. im guilty in the sleeping part tho haha i usually get between 6 to 6 and a half when i know we should be getting like 8 or 9. also i've had Optimum nutrition products before, what do you think about it ? i started taking those because Steve cook. anyways love the vid.

    Cath, comment on fait pour savoir si les suppléments qu'on prend sont bons? Parce que moi je prends les shake de Women's best et je sais pas comment faire pour savoir si c'est fiable ou pas! En passant, t'es définitivement mon modèle, tu es magnifique, drôle, forte, gentille! C'est en partie grâce à toi si j'ai la motivation pour aller au gym alors merci!xxx

    Hi Cat, I totally agree with you on everything you mentioned. They've helped me tremendously. I am now taking two rest days a week and it's helping me sooo much to gain muscle. I have such a difficult time keeping my fat % up, bc of my crazy long hours on my feet sometimes for 24+ hours. It's helps to re-fuel me enough to have the energy for lifting heavy and seeing muscle growth again. So, I've found that when I'm off, I sleep as much as I can on my two days of rest. I used to be afraid to take more than one day of rest days off a week, now I can clearly see the benefits. You really have to listen to your body. Hormones play a huge factor is all of this as well. I truly believe it's important to have your TSH levels tested as well. Just to ensure your thyroid is functioning properly :). Looking soo beautiful and fresh in this video. Much Luv Julie xx

    Thanks for this video Cath! Super informative and helpful. I've been kind of bummed that I have been "stuck" on the same level recently and have not been seeing much changes to my body.
