You are a very sweet girl. I can tell. I hope all goes well with your fertility situation.

Okay now that I got that out of the way. You have helped me to the max. I have watched another video prior to you and it was good, so I thought until I watched you. Thorough is all I can say. Thank you for taking out the time.

I don’t know if this is a stupid question or not but how do I know or how do I track the calories I burn on a caloric deficit?? Could I burn the calories I need in just one morning then eat the right amount of calories I need for the day can I still loose weight??

Guys, burn fat does not need to be hard (I used to think it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan called Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that course has changed my life. I probably should not even be talking about it because I don't want a bunch of other folks out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am in a great mood today so I'll share the wealth haha.

@Anna Victoria Can too low of calories cause weight gain. I've gotten back into basketball and I'm burning 3k+ and eating 1600-1800 calories. High protein and low carbs. Is that too low?

You are amazing. But what makes me mad is im a teen mom and working for my child. I would love to lose weight but I don't have the money to pay for an app to help us out. I know there are other people out here that are looking to lose weight but don't have the money. So I feel like people who don't have money can't lose weight bc of it.

I have a question, using the Harris-Benedict Formula, what if you want to lose weight and not maintain your current weight. How to solve that?

Omg, I used the first method in kilograms (60*13=780) and was shocked at how low that is. Then remembered you need to convert to LBS πŸ˜‚
