    Meso-endomorph. Naturally in my 20s was a mesomorph as I was a gymnast cheerleader and swimmer. However, now I’m 46 and no longer do double back flips and jump on trampolines or party and dance all night like a college student. I have early onset osteoarthritis in my knees and hands and ankles and shoulders (multiple surgeries in past due to injuries). Have lost internal motivation. After cardio or lower body I have to RICE my knee if I pushed it too hard. , and it’s getting harder to recover if I tweak one of my joints. Last time I couldn’t walk with out pain and limping for 10 days. ugh!!!!!!

    My body typ is endomorph (Meso-Endo) and my goal is it to lose weight because I don't feel comfortable in my body and it prevents me from doing certain things. I'm just 17, an age where you start to get body complexes. At this age, it is not always easy to lose weight, be it school or private stress that affects you. What many also mention in the comments is that our parents don't really support it and feed us, my mother / family is exactly like that and that doesn't really simplify the whole thing. I'm really interestet and take some note while watching some videos about this theme but to drag it through is far from (thought in an exaggerated sense).
    I'm 1.72 cm tall and my weight is around 74-78 kg, my propotions are not that bad but not that good.
    I have a very small chest so the proportions are definitely not mine.
    I want to lose 10 (or 15) kg and be comfortable with my body

    I can't believe I found this website. Agoge Diet completely changed the way I look at diets. When I started following their diet plan, I realised that diet isn't something you should be scared of and it can easily fit in your daily routine.

    I’m definitely endo, ever since I was little, all my strength was in my legs. Tho I’m hypoglycemic which means I need more carbs… hmmm

    finally, a video that doesn't forget ectomorphs lol. there are about a million ways to lose weight, but gaining it is super fkin hard -_- i wanna exercise and not feel like im gonna disappear lol

    I can’t tell my body type since I’ve never been thin
    But I do eat a lot of shit and gain weight really slowly over time especially if I refuse to exercise but in general maintaining it isn’t hard. I’m 123kg (almost 300lb) but I don’t look like it. Most fat is in my tummy then I can say neck and limbs

    I was pretty good in my shape before covid but now i gained weight around 7kg over 6 months.For me both weight gaining and loosing are difficult. what is my body type then!!!!

    So what's my body type. Someone help me. I'm very skinny in my upper body but I tend to gain fats on my love handles and thighs and some on my butt. I tried exercising with some weights and upper body workouts. Im not the type to easily gain when I'm eating just an average when I over eat too much I gain fat on my love handles, legs, and butt.
