    I went from 125 to 142 in less then 6 months Im 37, mom of 4 and feel lost! The video was alot help. Its my sugar carb intake and I really struggle now like never before. Stress is a huge factor for me and I need to learn new habits or else it will only get worse! Thank you

    I’ve noticed that I have to eat less to keep my weight the same it was when I was in my early 20s. Not a big deal, but you have to think about it a little more
