    I'm so glad I found you. I'm struggling with slow weight loss.
    6 years ago I was a beast at dropping weight quick..i turned 40 in June

    Loved everything you said. I just turned 43. I am a mom of 4 but all my kids a almost grown. My baby is 14. So lately I have been putting myself 1st. That has been hard to do. But in doing so I have been able to compete the last 3 years and I have learned I am alot stronger than i new i was. Hormones play a huge factor at any age really and is something i think women need to learn more about. Cause man it's tough being a female lol this year my husband and I are planning on 5 races and trying to learn to have a balanced diet while leaning out without being strict with competing. Life is so full of possibilities we have just have to get out there and do it
    Dont let your age dictate what you want to do. Heck I am here to prove i got this and i will do this!! Thanks Roxy for all your content !!
