    I completed my 10 days but i cheated on 2 days cos of wedding season, so cant say for sure but i lost 2.5kg and hell loads of bloating around waist line, i forgot to take measurements before and after else i would have updated that too, m gonna take 2-3 days break and start over religiously again for 10days and than i shall update again.     Great food ideas
    But losing weight so fast is also not healthy for ur body……give ur body time to adjust instead of extremes
    Detox therapies are different and well balanced from.person to person before starting!
    Losing 5 kgs in a month is lot more sustainable n healthier maybe instead of rushing in!

    Great tips!! I can tell from my personal experience that for someone who is just starting out, designing a solid meal plan can be hard and time consuming. There are great tools and supplements on the internet that can help. I used Vanguard Formulas. It's very potent and did a great job for me, helping me lose 12 pounds (most of which is fat) in one month. You can check if it might work for you too. The best thing is you don't have to worry about gaining extra weight after meals lol
