    Thanks for sharing, dear. Weight maintenance is the scariest part of weight loss for me. I still have TONS of weight to lose, but if I do lose all the extra weight, I do not want to regain.

    i don't really drink milk or milk products. i calculated based on eggs, pulses and the occasional quantity of cheese. yeah, i pretty much live on veggies, fruit and rice which is otherwise a healthy idea!

    Only 12 grams a day?? That seems pretty hard to believe because protein is in a lot of food, including quite a few bread products, cheese, milk, meat, beans, nuts etc. You must be living on vegetables!

    Hehehe I say blegh or bleahh when referring to something I don't like, too. I am blessed in the fact I genuinely really like most vegetables and fruits but I also like bread and pasta and eehh <3 so if I eat a ton of salad and nothing else it bothers me. I usually eat a lot of eggs each week, though, and that fills me.

    Oh yea I eat loads of berries, oranges, pineapple and things like that…just don't like the classic apples and bananas and so on….I just can take it or leave it with fruit tbh, much rather have veg but I do try πŸ™‚

    Is there any fruit you like? Fruit is brilliant for anti-ageing, my skin has improved so much since I started eating a morning smoothie. Maybe try that?
