    Bro this is an amazing product but you can't get an authentic product with surety when purchasing from a market place as there are loads of sellers. Had a pretty poor experience there. I did switch to bodyfuelindia.com and have been purchasing from there, highly recommended, try it.

    Which protein powder brand do you think is great for weight loss I'm trying to add it into my daily life because I don't really like chewing allot my mouth gets tired I just like drinking something easy for breakfast but I don't know which is best! I love chocolate I know they have chocolate protein shakes!

    Yes I would like a customized plan.I would like to know how much protein my body's needs to loose body fat I do run/walk everyday for atleast and hour I would like to do more but Iam a mother of three. I weight 272 and I would like to go waaay down. Please advise

    Hi there, I was wondering if one should add calories because of exercise? Im speaking in terms of caloric deficit. I wasnt sure if i should only eat a certain amount of calories a day even when work out. Any advise/ opinions would be helpful, thank you!
