    You are following Rujuta divekar's diet… She also told not to use any gadgets while having your meal…I saw you were using mobile while Having your some meals… pls take care of that.

    Hai,am a new subscriber,saw this video and felt like sharing you a information which is very vital,you should not have fruits along with your meal actually fruits get digested very quickly whereas cereals takes time to get digest,so if u have fruits along with meal your main meal remain undigested and you end up having bloating,improper nutrition and so on,it's a wisdom which I got and I thought of sharing with you.

    nahy deya hay.
    Rajuta 3 types diet chart diya
    Basecily lok ka nam dakha diet bolte thee.
    Jada nam bala to ak diet , nam nahy huya , celebrate nahy huya to 3rd types diet plan bola o faltu diet plan kam ve nahy huya excisige korka bath.
