I’m working on losing a lot of weight before I turn 40 this year! I’m using YouTube to document my journey and looking to find a community that is striving for a sustainable lifestyle, not a fad! So glad I found you!

Thank you for your honesty. I know that I will be following you since you started where closely to where I am at. Can't trust those who have never experienced what you have. I do however want to say to people who are like me, obese that is the technical term, you are beautiful. Being overweight has more to your health. My eldest has asked me to lose weight so therefore I am for health wise. Yesterday my youngest son, God bless his heart, said that I am so beautiful. My daughter tells me most days that I am beautiful, she lives with me and knows my struggle. My eldest is more concern for me to return to what I was physically…gym and healthy weight because I am single parent and without me he would be shouldering more if I past on prematurely. But the gym I will never give up. Just need to add reasonable diet. Thanks a bunch. Happy holidays

I found you but needed to find how you lost the first 50 pounds. I am retired military and very hardened to go on a starvstion diet since that was essentially what I was doing for 20 years. I do not like that. I am more of a weight lifter, I love the gym. To overcome arthritis is my main goal. I have found full spectrum cbd in capsule works along with stretches. Plus the 3 tablespoon if expensive olive oil or hemp seed oil dispersed throughout the day helps pain. But I do need to lose 50 pounds. That is what I am exploring. No starvation diet ever again…

Hello there, thank you for this video🌸I’ve been going back and forth for quite awhile now trying to decide what to do to lose weight…I’m in my forties and the only diet I’ve ever done was an elimination diet. I pay the price when I eat gluten, dairy, sugar and eggs. I know myself well enough to know I thrive off of structure. I think that will definitely help with my weight loss goals. I’ve been really thinking of signing up for Noom but I’m seriously thinking of WW now. I did try it for a couple of days but wasn’t serious and thought it was just not for me. So, when you said try it again…it kind of struck a cord for me. It’s not about a number on the scale for me now so much as just wanting to feel good in clothes again. It’s been years since I’ve had that good feeling. So thank you…thank you for making this video. I will go research WW now🌸 take care!

I am right now at the stage when your eyes filled with tears, I cried because you know how I feel now! WeightWatchers has deserted us here in South Africa and we only have the old points system to go by, so don't know about the smart points of zero foods. Thank you for sharing your story. I am starting tomorrow!

Over 60 lost over 8 stone just cutting back and a little walking half an hour each day. Taken me a bit over a year. Not helped by lockdowns when everyone was snacking and boozing and lying around. Hard to keep focused I weigh every day and if I lose it encourages me to keep going. I don’t care what anyone says it is not difficult just be consistent. I didn’t want to get diabetes.

Thank you so much for this clip! Your struggle is my struggle and so others, but getting over the huggle is taking a lot of patience and self-discipline like you. I'm 54 going to 55 the end of this year. Eating healthy is always on my mind, but when I feel down and depress I just don't care about what I put in my mouth at that point. I used to weigh 110 lbs when I had my 1st child; I gained 140 lbs then, and the weight seemed like to fall off easily after carried my first child. Then I weighed 150 lbs during the last day carried my 2nd child, and I kept going up and down between 135 lbs to 140 lbs. Until now I'm at 160 lbs, I want to lose weight but no gut to follow through. Thank for your 11 steps, and I'll apply that concept into my daily routine, and I hope it'll work for me too. Love this video even it's already 1 year and 10 mos ago! I couldn't wait to see your next video.

did you count calories or just the points? Because if you ate just healthy foods you could go over your calories needed to lose weight. Do you avoid buying "junk" food at the grocery store…. or do you allow "cheat" foods in your house? I would've guessed you weigh around 150-160.

Bobbie! You are so charming and genuine! Thank you so much for sharing your story and your thoughts on what worked and what didn't. I've been on Weight Watchers several times over the years. My hubby and I were trying to determine what we should do together — both over 50 and both needing to lose a bit — and I think this video brought a lot of clarity. Bless you! Keep on crushing it — you're amazing!
