    Not a prude, but…the language is off-putting. Don't get me wrong, the message is great! But, it's about RESPECTING YOURSELF and that language signals (to me) that she doesn't respect herself. I tell my daughter you will attract a higher quality of people by not cussing a blue streak. There is an art to it, LOL. This use is indiscriminate and just makes her sound like she is not respecting herself. To each his own, I know, and I have the right to watch someone else's channel, but I want to stay here, I like her, just not the cuss words. My two cents!

    I really don't agree with the whole taking things off slowly I've tried that and it didn't work for me I have been going for 2 months now I know it's not long but I stopped all soda I stopped all bread I stopped all sweets no chips lots of eggs lots of vegetables and I've already lost like 22 lb I want to say I didn't know my exact weight when I started just an estimate you have to go hard and you have to stick to it it takes 30 days to make a habit and it's even harder if the Habit is healthy cuz yeah it's not fun it's not great but it's doable if you start off slow it's so easy to revert back to the norm so my model is All or Nothing and if you're going to do it don't cut yourself any slack because humans make excuses and that's what you're going to do oh this is okay this is okay and before you know it you're like f*** this diet

    Ive gone from 262 to 137 and I can't stand it when ppl just tell you to STOP LOSING weight u look sick it's like i still have 15 lbs to lose as far as my goal goes n there's no support only criticism i think because they were used to seeing me fat …. Still do

    Could you do a video about what to do once you get to your β€œgoal” weight. I have hit this number, however, now I’m eating unhealthy again. I guess I don’t know what to do to maintain weight instead of just losing it.

    omg! I love her! I've been binge watching a bunch of her videos….thank you for introducing me to yet again another inspiration to help me through my journey!

    For me..i lost 70 lbs 10 years ago and after meeting my hubby and 2 kids later I've gained it all back plus more so now my goal is to lose 115 lbs. I agree…losing it and gaining it back only to have to start all over is sooo hard. I have an Instagram acct: myjourneyafter10yrs

    Myfitness pal was my JAM! I lost all my weight using it, i switched to structured meal prep after my youngest stopped being a baby and i had more time on my hands to be prepared.

    You'd think meal prep would work with an infant, but not for me. It takes me like 5 straight hours to prep my food now. My son was a very clingy baby and i figured out pretty quickly the baby carrier and stove dont mix.

    So I need to loose weight and I've sorted out my diet and it's a bit better than before but I think my problem is exercise. I love skating, it's my passion but because it's winter I can only go once every two weeks. My mum is going to take her driving test early next year so she can take me to the skate park so should I try to eat healthily until I can go skating more in a week. I'm saying this because my sister plays a lot of net ball because she's on a few big teams and she still eats loads and unhealthy food

    I was watching this earlier and then it disappeared πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ. I’m trying not to feel a little sad. I’m a similar weight at 5ft6, I keep seeing girls a similar weight and height to me far more toned, and it makes me sad. I know I shouldn’t compare myself. But I’m sad because I’m worried I’ll keep losing and never be toned or happy with my body. Think I need to sort my head out! 😩

    On a lighter note, love this series and vlogmas xx
