    Well called beanie.?made a bunch during covid for shelter ins…and I said sh…sh…after 4th round that I would have 2 more to do…but I did 2 full blanks with triceps first time

    I struggled with this one today, after a week off and recovering from a cold, but hey I pushed through it and boom the workout was done. Feel exhausted now but feel good too. x

    This was my first workout with you, and I loved it. I have been doing BodyPump for about 6 months, but no longer "feeling " the workouts, so I know it was time for a change. If I feel decently sore from this routine by tomorrow, I will def. be back for more. Thank you!

    I can't believe I can do this and it's all thanks to you and your videos. To think I started with your beginner strength back at the beginning of July and here I am doing 40 mins of weights (slightly modified by round 5 😜) I am incredibly proud of myself and it's all thanks to you. πŸ’—

    I am in saskatoon but originally from the u.k. and never heard of a toque until arriving in Canada. We call them wooly hats πŸ‘. Anyway thanks so much P.J. you are the πŸ’£

    Another favorite! πŸ”₯I so wanted to quit at round 3, but pushed through to 5. After that , I.just.couldn’t.anymore….But I’ll be back to conquer this one!
