    hi palak ..I m 40 + ..I started my working out when I was 30 …now it's been 13 yrs I m working out almost daily but now I m having a lot of body pain …I walk for about an hour in the evng and afternoon I do om yoga aerobics which is here on YouTube
    ..I started having knee pain which I already had b4 also …pls suggest me which exercise or fasting will be more effective..right now my weight is around 68 kgs

    Mera gallbladder nahi h m IF kar rahi 50 days m 4 kg loose kiya but ab nahi ho raha .mera wt pahle 74 kg tha ab 15 days se 70 par atak gya h . Ab kya karu.
    M 16.8 IF par hu . My age is 39 . 8am to 4 pm
