    Mam my IF tym period is from 11am to 7 pm and mera last meal milk with whey protein hota h…. Or m approx 8pm workout karti hu to someone told me ki protein ke baad workout beneficial nahi h koi effect nahi hoga workout ka….. Plzz mam suggest me ki mera routine galt h kya workout ka…..     Are madam 12 hours fasting se Kuch nahi hota….atleast 16 hours to 20 hours…or omad diet…..fasting karni parti hai….fatt lost 16 hours ke baad hoti hai….aap Kuch dusraa hi concept bataa rahi hain……

    Hello Manju thank you for sharing your experience for IF. I had started that 8 days back but I was not clear how to do just google and doing that so I fast 16 hours then I had my breakfast after that I again fast for 8 hours then I eat my dinner which helps me lost my weight but lot of weakness also I do 45 mins workout could u pls help me what should I do to overcome my weakness by continuing if

    Mam mai ye follow kar rahi hu kafi time se. Mera weight loss bhi huaa hai kafi aachese par mam ek question hai eating time pe mai colories ka bhut dhyan rakhti hu 1000cal se jada kabhi ni leti Kya ye sahi hai. Or fast k time Kya mai workout kar sakti hu?
