This Jumping Jack cardio workout is going to help torch some calories and get you sweating!

I love creating fun ways to help us with weight loss, as I am not a huge fan of cardio workouts like running. So, I decided to put together this jumping jack weight loss workout, that is only 10 minutes, that combines cardio and toning.

This may only be a short workout, but make sure to push yourself.

And remember guys, to see results, you must combine cardio with a healthy diet.

    I do this workout 2 to 3 times every day and I lost 0.1kg everyday.I really reccomend this workout:)

    Progress

    Day 1 super hard almost collapses
    Day 2 not any easier but was more fun
    Day 3 rest day I replaced it with a stretch exsercise
    Day 4 pretty good
    Havenโ€™t gone to day 5 yet

    No matter what workout you do. For first 3 weeks your body will slowly react. Don't give up for first 3 weeks. On 4th week you can see your body responding to your workouts. Never give up.

    hi im trying to lose weight and get my body fat percentage down.
    i will try to update but please like to remind me.
    starting 52.2kg and 25%
    goal 50kg and 22%

    iโ€™m going to do this workout for a whole month at let you guys know how it goes!! day 1: sweating a lotttt, but feel really good that i did it! day 2: went pretty good, only stopped like once

    Thank you so much for this workout. It was fun and good to do, no too easy and not too hard
    My heart rate wasn't very high (app. 130) but I still love it๐Ÿ˜„

    Im about to do this at 11am because I do best at my workouts in the morning, I wanna loose a little weight again before I weight myself on Monday because every Monday I weigh I maintained the same weight so im going to start this and I stopped my binge eating๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿค

    How do you manage to look that elegant .. i was sweating like shit.. and dont even ask of the multiple breaks that i had to take…

    I've been doing this workout for the past 3 days and lost 1 lbs and inches. I do this with a resistance band…. thank you ๐Ÿ˜‡

    Honestly, I never had problems with my weight. I could eat whatever I wanted and still maintain normal weight, but a lot of junk food really affected my health.     First time try, I didnt complete the last round because I was so exhausted and out of breath. Tomorrow I'll try to finish the whole routine. I'm 158cm, and weigh 52 kilos.
