    I”m just starting back to strength training at the gym.. do you think these 6 would be good to do 3x a week? Just wondering how long these would be sufficient before i need to start doing a muscle split…

    Melissa, I would love to weight train but everytime I have in the past I get sore lower back, neck & joints πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ˜­

    Thank you Melissa! This is the REAL truth for those of us over 40 ! I can attest that your program works and all of your advice…now that I'm fully committed to my own success, I'm seeing that fat melt away and previously, its been HELL to make any real body composition changes….I thought something was wrong with me because my body just seemed to hold onto fat for dear life.
