I did most these on may to july and yes when your consistent to do the ff there's a fast result of weight lose. I was 64 kg b4 and on july I was 49kg. I took a break π since July and gained weight. Trying to get back in shape. Plank,leg tucks, crunches and twists are my fave and my body is used to it already.
