    I LOVED doing this workout!! I have a hard time doing ab workouts while on the floor because of my neck and was pleased to see the alternative. I thought being a chair workout that it wouldn't be as challenging but I was pleased to be wrong! Thank you for making this workout and I look forward to participating in more of your videos!

    Thank you so much for your channel, I am 51 and I used to do a lot of fitness but 11 years ago I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, slowly I wasn’t able to work like I used to and I had rough time trying to go back in work out. I searched for fitness after 50 and I found you. I really enjoy doing your exercices and I really feel good. Now I know I an do it everyday and that’s exactly what the doctors prescribe for this illness. So thanks again you are just what I needed !

    I can do this everyday, this was fun but also challenging. I feel optimistic I can finally visualize my belly fat gone. and fit again. I have let myself go but not anymore. Thanks for all your motivation. I will share with others
