    Perfect video for me. I have gained 10 pounds over quarantine and I can really tell that my metabolism has changed since I hit my 40s. I really want to lose weight and gained muscle. Iโ€™ve been trying at home, but itโ€™s different from going to the gym. My energy level just seems so different now.

    Can you please help me i have commented on your other video, menopause and this weight that I am carrying around is get so down I have done all the exercises thats out they but still sweating like mad most instructors don't know much about menopause so how can they help me in the gym.

    Great video Melissa with a ton of sound advice!
    I have really stubborn fat on the sides of my hips. Some people call them "saddlebags". Even when I lose everywhere else, this is the area that stays disproportionate to the rest of my body until I get down to unrealistically low body fat levels. Do you have any thoughts on areas of the body that a woman is very frustrated with and cannot seem to make right, no matter how much she exercises or brings her body fat level down? Even if it is just to explain that sometimes we need to adjust our expectations, I would love to hear your thoughts on this in a video. I have a feeling other women would too.

    Hi Melissa. I would really like to loose body fat but I have a sciatic back problem. My problem areas are the belly the arms the thighs and more actually. I want to build muscle. What should I do? Which exercise can I do and for how long per day, per week or per month. I am 42 years old. Can you advise me please…๐Ÿ˜ž๐Ÿ˜ž

    I tried your program and it didn't to anything for my thighs. I'm trying to slim my endomorph body type. Also, I was hungry after my breakfast shake. I wish the measurements of food was in US.
