After losing 90 pounds (40 kilo’s) 15 years ago, and managing my weight since the age of 28, have gained weight back from emotional eating.

I need to lose about 38-40 pounds at the age of 42. I’ll show you how I plan to lose weight naturally without pills or dieting. I have simple weight loss methods which I’ve learnt as a nutritionist and my own personal experience of losing weight. (yes I know, how does a nutritionist gain weight back?) I explain why I’ve gained weight!

I am an emotional eater, so I will focus on finding solutions to solve comfort eating rather than dieting. By focusing on the cause of weight gain, the weight loss journey is simple and easy to follow.

    I like your video logging buddies, they look so cuddly. I agree that you shouldn’t weigh yourself all the time, I just recently had to hide my scale because I was obsessing. I can’t wait to see your next video!!
