A 704-pound woman on “My 600-Lb. Life” found maggots in the folds of her skin. Lisa Fleming, 49, said the discovery has motivated her to get weight loss surgery. Fleming said she’s “sick of this damn bed.”

Watched her on the show and I was literally cussing the tv! Lisa just wanted to lose the weight but continue doing what she wanted, eating what she wanted and when she got called on it she threw a tantrum acting like she was just shocked and mystified why she wasn't losing the weight. She flat out lied to Dr Now (others too with some of the dumbest excuses ever) and She knew she was cheating she admitted many times. She doesn't deserve the opportunity she was given at all. I watched countless ones where they messed up even threw tantrums, cheated, and lied to dr now about it but they eventually came around lost the weight stuck to the diet and got the surgery and did very well. Lisa was just an actress (not literally but just really dramatic) for the dr just trying to play the part to get the surgery without putting in any real effort on her end. She just wants the gastric bypass, eat good food, and that just won't work. I have been really disgusted by two or three people on the show who didn't want to work for it but Lisa by far exceeds them!! She deserves what she gets unless she admits she was the one who was a giant manipulator and was wrong to use people and the dr to get what she wanted. I hope she watches herself and sees how awful she looked then maybe she will try and do things instead of cheating and making dumb excuses all the time.
I could go on and on about this lady because she really disappointed me i thought she would want to lose the weight knowing what she knew about her health she lied so much i wish her daughter would have been there to help her because she would have made sure she lost the weight she needed to that boyfriend was of no help and it was shameful to see her just give up like this is the first episode ive seen were dr.now has put someone off of the program

Just watched the show. Even with the horrifying thought that maggots were found on her leg, Lisa kept cheating on the diet. With her enabler boyfriend giving in no matter how many times Dr Now stressed that he had to take control and say no to Lisa's demands. After throwing a huge tantrum she cried hysterically to be sent home saying she couldn't do it and had no willpower. If she doesn't think changing her eating habits is worth it to save her own life then truly no one can help her. But so many previous clients finally found success with dieting and eventually Dr Now performed the surgery. Lisa may also find the willpower one day to save her life.
