Practicing the Muslim religion and adhering to our Sunnah fasting on Mondays and Thursdays every week…..and daily during the entire month of Ramadan… will provide great mental and physical results. Cathartic and releasing of toxins.

    Matthew 6:16
Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

this is so restrictive. intermittent fasting is a form a binge eating. this is not the way to loose weight and sustain it. start by creating balance and making this a lifestyle.

I started intermittent fasting 2 days ago and already lost an inch in my waist. Drinking eggplant water by boiling and cooling the veg. I eat once a day, in the early morning. That’s it and I am getting used to not being hungry as normally I would be.

Didn't like Megan on Fox but when she jeopardized her career to do the right thing and stick up for women, I saw her in a different light. I miss this show because every episode was unique, very interesting and Didn't focus on politics. I wish she could start this same program format again.

You can’t gain weight by NOT eating…come on now, really? I can’t believe people thinks that. On the other hand she looks great.

Honestly, intermittent fasting is great, but the exaggerated one liners and studio audience "ooo"ing and "ah"ing makes it look like an over-hyped pseudoscience or an infomercial

I would go 16 hours between meals do to my work schedule. I drank water, near a gallon or more per day. I did this and gained 40 pounds over 2 years. For me, fasting didn't work. I can't imagine what weight I would gain if I fasted for 36 hours. That wouldn't workout well for me. For those of you that can do this and it works for you, that's great. Keep up what works for you.

I stand by this πŸ™Œ down. I do ww and I fast 16+ hrs a day i having been doing this for years now and It works i stand by it. and you do feel like more energy and its really amazing. ww helps me control bad eating habits and gives me a healthier way of eating. during my first round before covid hit I lost almost 90lbs and well during covid i gained, but back on track, and already lost 12lbs in 2.5 weeks. It does take alot of discipline and changing your mind set to do the fasting but im telling you it is well worth it and you feel so much better about yourself.
