F*** I cant even do 1st modified abs workout. 2 heavy to keep myself off the ground in that position.

Hey PJ, lovingly working out with you since a couple of weeks now. Iam 46 and weigh 80 kgs. In the first week I couldnβt workout even half way of ur videos but the second week Iam finding myself completing it. This was nice video, short yet effective. I have a hurting tailbone, couldnβt do the last exercise, would love to have a variation for that.Love you.
