    I have been taking this weight loss program , Yamzoko Weebly (sⓔarch Gⓞ ⓞgle to get it) for a few days today and until now I like them! I still have the power I want without suppressing my appetite without having making me really feel jittery. I haven`t changed everything else I am doing and also have shed 7 lbs.

    I do 5 minutes with the step then 5 minutes skipping for 30 minutes it really works your whole body and also extends your endurance. I do abs and arms 3 times a week and a lower body workout on every other day with one days rest!! I live a sedentary life so I need to do this daily.

    Guys I tried this and it works no cap… it's so easy and the results are amazing..I worked out 4 times a week for 2 weeks and I ate whatever I wanted but I ate within 1700 cals and I lost 1.4 kgs in 2 weeks which is great… I'll update u guys every week 👍 also I only did jumping jacks and high knees

    Hello Liez.I am actually 74 kg and I want to lose 30 kg.So I want to ask you.When you lose 28kg(i think😂😆) you didn't have any ecess skin bc I don' t want it to.Pls pls replay.

    What is the best way to lost a ton of fat? I read loads of great reviews on the net about how Custokebon Secrets can help you lost tons of fat. Has anybody tried using this popular fat burn secrets?

    What bugs me is people are accrediting their weight loss to the exercise they do when it's the fact they're eating less calories that's making them lose weight. It wouldn't make any difference if they didn't do any exercise if they ate in a calorie deficit. The exercise they're doing is burning very few calories. You can't burn all this bodyfat doing 16 mins of exercise. You'd just about burn a slice of bread off if you did all that for half an hour, not resting either.
