Over the last several years I have completely changed my entire life by losing 30 Kgs and finding a passion in bodyweight training. In this video I show where I have come from and what got me there, to where I am today! If you are interested in losing weight and getting fitter and stronger, but like I was, are unsure of what the best way to do it is then hopefully this video can give you the motivation or ideas to make that change today! I am so happy I have been on this journey and experienced all of the battles and emotions that come with a weight loss and fitness transformation as it has enabled me to help others who are just like me!

    Im 71-ish kg and my goal weight is 53 kg. So i need to lose around 18 kgs to reach my goal weight. Im planning to dance, maybe hoop as well as follow lucy lismore's workouts. I hope to start on jan 2nd 2021 and ill keep u updated whether i could keep up my workouts. (My height is just under 5'2 so yea lets say 5'2. im a woman. So my optimal healthy weight might between 46, 47 and 57, 58 – i believe.)

    From 95kg , lost 16kg in 7 months so far (79kg now)… my goal is 65kg..let’s do this!!!! Time frame not an issue for me as long as I lose it healthily..

    Starting weight :80 kg (176 pounds) 😔🙁
    Goal weight: 40 kg ( 89 pounds )
    I am start today I want to cut down half of my weight hope I can do this 🤗😅
    All I should do is belive in God ✝️ and belive me 😅😁

    Okay, this comment section is so motivating and enthusiastic , so I am 19, and most of my life I 've been overweight and then in school I had no friends and I developed ed , used to binge and hate myself ,I have decided to do this ,because I always used to say how much I want to be healthy and NOW I AM GONNA DO IT, LEAVING THIS UNHEALTHY LIFESTYLE IN 2020 AND STARTING A NEW HEALTHY JOURNEY

    i would love that you talk more about the time that we need to be more flexible to have the ability to do puch ups and handstand and thank you the video was verry strong and had motivated me a lot ♥♥

    I've never been able to do push-ups and I've always wanted to be stronger. Your video motivated me to just begin to work on that. Now I believe that maybe one day I will be able to do these exercises. Thank you!

    U are amazing! 🙌🏾❤️I’m struggling so bad! 🙄The saddest part of it all is that I’m turning 40yrs old next May & I wanted to lose this weight as a gift to myself & my amazing daughter who is constantly pushing me to keep going everyday. I want to set an example for her that when a person works hard to achieve a goal or a dream that it all pays off in the end, but honey this goal ain’t no joke, it hard work for sure!😩😢

    I gain weight this year

    Current:60kg
    Goal: 50kg

    Just like her, i am so weak i cannot do pushup or atleast push myself up. I wanna be strong and carry my own weight. Hopefully i will able to train because i love it and it make me strong. I will follow you 😍

    I'm happy it worked for you.. But the calories theory is bullshit 💩 it's all about hormones insulin and insulin resistance.. The best way is fasting.. Check out Dr Jason fung… You will learn a lot

    Nice!! So inspiring! I literally said the same thing to myself, “I need to say no to diets and just change my lifestyle,” and I did. And I haven’t even looked back. I also went on a 30 day strict diet and been taking Vanguard Formulas supplement.. That helped a lot with the pounds falling off! Keep up with the motivation =))

    Yes! an inspiration… I'm currently over 100kgs, I am too afraid to get on the scale so not sure exactly… Today I am changing that. I will be out for a walk for 30 mins and doing a 30 min cardio something on youtube… Watch this space people, I'm transforming myself as of today.

    I also am doing the 'calorie deficit' method. A great app that helps you keep track of your calories is LoseIt! Been using it for a month and I am down by 6 kg☺️ Also a great app for recipe ideas is Noodle

    Unhealthy quick diets are the WORST last year i did one and I went down from 80kg to 52kg in just 4 months but after that even though I restricted my eating and i ate little amounts but still I gained all the weight again and now I’m not doing the same mistake I’m in a healthy balanced diet and I know it’s gonna take a long time but i won’t gain weight easily after that and that’s the most important thing
