πŸ‘‰ My All Natural 80 Pound Weight Loss Story 2021

This is the before and after weight loss story of how I lost 80 pounds and went from 206 pounds to 126 pounds over the span of three years and then was miraculously signed as an actor and a model! I have maintained my size for 15 years by sticking to a reasonable diet with plenty of vegetables and that is low in sugar, eating only three times daily, and by walking an hour a day and doing body resistance exercises like push-ups and squats.

Let my journey be your motivation because I am proof that we are all self-made, you just need to change your lifestyle and be active over a long period of time.

This really put things in perspective, not just for weight loss but for all life's goals. I actually was considering becoming a model at some point in my life (I say that like I'm old I actually just turned 21 a few months back) and there are so many other things I want to do as well. I want to get an associate's just so I can get a job (and I should be done with that soon), but I'm not sure if getting a Bachlor's is for me until I can pinpoint what I want to do with my life. But I'm interested in so much (a lot of which doesn't require a degree). And after watching this I realize that maybe I can make some things happen for myself without rushing to some invisible life goal like everything depends on it. Thanks, <3.

I general I don't like your channel, but I have to give you credit, you said you were gonna do it, you had the will power, and you succeeded probably beyond what anyone thought possible.

In my experience, weight loss success has always been about 70% eating less and 30% exercising more. Most people just don't want to have to admit that EATING LESS is the key to weight loss. Its also why they fail to meet their weight loss goals. If you don't want to eat less… focus on eating smarter instead (less sugar, more veggies, lean meats, whole grains, etc…). Lovely story BTW

Whoa, you're pretty good, in some sense now you are my hero. When I first saw you, I never thought that you were not 25 years old or so, lol, and for sure I never imagined that kind of story that you have told in this video.

My journey is also beginning. I was a skinny kid, and a strong active Marine in my early 20's. I had gained weight after cancer and of course, once I had a car and stopped walking everywhere, I got even heavier. A happy relationship meant cooking and eating out. Then injuries had me house bound, bed bound, for FOUR YEARS. After hip repair and a spinal fusion, I am in much less pain, and am moving more. I had already cut out sodas, I found they made me even thirstier, so just water, which I carry everywhere. In October, I suddenly just stopped having a huge appetite. I eat a lot less, and a new fitness tracker showed I would need 1600 calories to maintain my start weight of 232 pounds, so it wasn't surprising that weight started going away.
I took the VA's MOVE course, and got some more skills. Weekly weigh ins kept me accountable, and by the end of the course I had lost 8% of my body weight. I've continued to lose weight, down to 204 a few weeks after the end of the course. The nutritionist said if I'm not hungry, I can eat fewer calories, as long as they are good nutrition and not just chips or something. Some days I take fewer than 1000 calories, but I'm not hungry.
So 28 pounds off in about 4 months, not bad. I don't know that I have a set goal, more than keep losing. I don't know that I'll ever see 121 again! 150 would please me greatly at my age!

Thanks for sharing this Davison. How did you stay motivated during your weight loss? Also, what advise would you give to someone who is self-aware about themselves (weight and sexuality-wise)?

I broke my leg 3 times in a row basically back to back and went from 105 to 235. I was depressed and unmotivated. My long term girlfriend then left me for a gorgeous girl who looked like a runway model and she was the size of one too. It motivated me, probably for the wrong reasons, to get back in shape. So I went on a boxers diet and started out by walking every day after dinner. I started out walking as long as I could and built up to 5 miles a night. I lost 50lbs in the first 3 months. After that I was finally confident enough to go to a gym and started doing cardio and different classes 7 days a week until my gym manager told me to take a day off for rest. So I did that but within a years time, I had lost a total of 120lbs and got down to 115. Unfortunately I started getting really sick and started having really bad chronic pain in my back and joints. Shortly after I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and lupus and was put on permanent disability. In the 6 years since I was taken off work, I've been diagnosed with several other conditions and have had 10 total surgeries, 2 of which have put me on bedrest for 6 weeks each and 3 had me very restricted with movement for 6 weeks. I now am only allowed to do water therapy/exercise and have gone up to 180 but did manage to lose 20 lbs with diet alone. However, I did slip on my diet when my husband started a new job and was working 16 hour days 6 days a week and all I could make for myself was awful tv dinners. So I've, again, put back on some of the weight but I just had surgery on the 12th of January and will be on bedrest until the beginning of march when I will need the second part of my surgery which will put me on bedrest for another 6 weeks. This time I have a caregiver who cooks me healthy meals, so I'm hoping that despite my inactivity, I will still be able to lose some weight.

    congratulations 🎊
since Easter 2016 I've lost 8 stone, or 112 pounds. missus left me for another guy. so now I've lost her twice!!! she was only 8 stone in weight.
feel souch better. going from 24 stone to 16 in less than a year was hard work. mostly it was the stress/break-up diet, then a few months if can't afford to eat, I kept house and took on all the bills.
then in the last 4 months I've been going to the gym. 3-4 times a week.
I'm 33 and not weighed 16 stone since I was 20 years old. found some jeans last night that were a 48 inch waist, I'm now 36-38 inch waist. now I just need to find a lady. 😳
well done again. you look amazing. 😍
