    I’m 176 lbs and 5’3, think about losing weight all day, tried so many diets and exercises, but never stuck to one. I watch such videos all day, and then go back to eating shit. I want to be motivated really bad, but can’t, and now I have PCOS. Food is a comfort to me, and every time I really feel an emotion, I eat. Im so guilty and feel awful about it, but then I eat again. I’m just tired now

    Truly grateful for your sharing! The binge eating disorder mindset, the weightlifting session self talk, unseeing macros, approach to cravings… So genuine, practical and helpful. You shared from your heart and I feel your passion. Thank you so much. Your sharing is shining like a flashlight for others having the same struggles. My journey is similar to yours in certain ways. Fortunately I am getting free step-by-step from binge eating and guilt. Still trying to slim my waist, get healthy and improve digestion. I experience painful abdominal cramps two days after having gluten. You are an inspiration. Thank you.

    I always avoided diets because I thought I wouldn't be able to eat pizza or pancakes. Diet plan I got from Agoge Diet allows me to have cheat meals and still keep my fitness journey on track. If you don't believe me, visit their site and try it yourself.

    Intermittent fasting (coffee in the morning eating at noon)
    3 meals: Light Breakfast, Lunch and Light Dinner
    More veggies and cooking at home
    Eating when hungry stopping when I reach 70% Full
    Taking my supplement from Vanguard Formulas before my meals
    Drink plenty of water
    Weight Loss: 25LBs in Month and Half

    Thanks for sharing. I totally can relate. Even though I am way older than you ( I could be your mom ), I too, had a similar relationship with food, diets and exercise. Si happy you’re doing si well.

    I felt that. I was over weight and I was moving to the other side of the country . And on the trip there I was like I have to lose weight or I’m not going to have any friends. And one day I stopped eating all the junk food I was eating. I would eat one slice of toast with peanut butter and half a banana and chicken amd salad amd 1 hour of exercise. I became so obsessed with losing weight. I remember that I broke down because my mom made me eat. Or i ate a piece of pizza I would do a hour and half of cardio because o felt that I just undid all my progress

    I am trying to lose my weight. I used to have 39 kg. That's my ideal weight coz my height is just 150 cm. Now…I am 51 kg. I wish my diet gonna work well

    I just have a thing for fat girls. They are so cute, especially their cheeks. Their eyes are so beautiful. If I saw this girl on the street, I won't give a second look but if I saw her past self I would be easily attracted to her.

    I’m struggling with weight loss I’m currently 130 and I’m 13 and my doctor said I’m overweight for my height my goal is to go down to 110 or 106

    This is my most favorite fitness/ losing weight video ever. I've been
    overweight for a while ever since I was a kid and gained weight through out the
    years. About 3 years ago I weighed 90kgs. It was at my heaviest. I decided to lose weight and I went down to 74kg but I kept losing and gaining weight. I've been dreaming of losing
    weight and reaching 60kgs in the longest time ever but I haven't really
    worked for it as much as I should have and I'm not consistent either.
    It's time I work towards my goal. Goal weight is 60kg.

    the thing about weight loss and body transformation overall is you NEED to be patient. small steps are better. dont overdo it. dont go all out. dont be a maniac. step by step you gonna achieve what u need and u gonna be able to KEEP IT that way.
