    Oh my- i absolutely love the banana one. Because we dont have avocados and my mum does homemade yogurt which will be in my smoothie. İ think it will be delicious 🤤

    Girl! I'm on my weight loss journey too! I wanted to be Beyonce weight! (130) lol and I'm 150, or something, I try not do the scale thing until I see results.. I've quit dairy and try to work out 3-4 times a week so that my summer will be lit, gotta be cute! lol So hopefully we both can make it. I want to try that Vanguard Formulas supplement, I heard it works wonders, but I instead have been taking apple cider vinegar shots in the morning. I look forward to my new body!

    Ok so I tried the banana one and honestly it was nice 👍
    The chocolate one though…. I duno I think it’s personal preference but it tasted like medicine and I just couldn’t manage to swallow more than one sip
    I haven’t tried the berry one

    I wonder when is the right time to have these smoothies? Is it like the replacement for a full meal? It’s me trying to be healthy and doesn’t really understand anything yet 🤣

    You don't want to lose weight, you want to lose fat. By following stupid diet plans, I was primarily losing muscle mass. Oh god, how dumb I was? You only need correct diet and some kind of training, and the best thing is that you can find both (and much more) on website called *Agoge Diet*.

    Guys, build muscle doesn't have to be hard (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan known as Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that program has transformed my life. I probably shouldn't even be talking about it because I don't want a bunch of other folks out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am just in a great mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

    I made the blueberry smoothie but I used coconut milk in place of water. And added 2 tbs hemp seeds for 7.5 grams of added protein and omega 3 & omega 6. And used vanilla flavored almond butter instead of almond plain. Also added 1 tsp of maca root powder and 1 tbs of moringa and spirulina blend. It’s very rich and creamy. Taste great. Bomb super food smoothie. Thanks for the base recipe ♥️

    Hice el batido de arándanos pero usé leche de coco en lugar de agua. Y agregué 2 cucharadas de semillas de cáñamo para obtener 7.5 gramos de proteína agregada y omega 3 y omega 6. Y usé mantequilla de almendras con sabor a vainilla en lugar de almendras simples. También agregó 1 cucharadita de polvo de raíz de maca y 1 cucharada de mezcla de moringa y espirulina.     RECIPES
    1:00 blueberry smoothie
    1 banana
    1/3 of avocado
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    ~1/2 cup water
    pinch cinnamon, pinch ground vanilla powder
    1 tbsp almond butter
    optional-few ice cubes
    2:16 Chocolate smoothie
    1 banana
    1/3 avocado
    2-4 tsp cocoa powder (unsweetened cacao powder)
    1/2 cup water
    optional-1tbsp macademia nut butter (can sub w almond or cashew nut)
    optional-bit of cinnamon and vanilla ground powder
    1tsp maple syrup (optional)
    +ice cubes
    3:50 Banana yogurt smoothie
    1 banana
    2/3 cup coconut yogurt (can use other type yogurt)
    1/4 cup water
    can add cinnamon and vanilla powder
    optional-1tbsp unsweetened/natural peanut butter
    can add ice cubes
