It’s Extremely important to Plan a smarter week of workouts to give your routine—and results—a major boost. In today’s video I have shares how my weekly workout looks like as well as what I normally do each day of the week. I work out at a fitness centre and at times at home 5-6 days per week. My weekly workout has a mix of many form of exercises cardio, strength Training & yoga. This routine might help you customise your weekly workout program. Also Included is the post workout drink that i consume after my each intense workout sessions.
